The Steps to Success

1

Book a Call

This is the get-to-know-you bit. We talk goals, obstacles, and overall determine if coaching is the right fit for you.

2

Join the Program

Eyes on the Prize Coaching is founded on a 12-week program as a minimum commitment. This is where we see the greatest success.

3

See Your Lives Transform

This is the moment you’ve been waiting for (and somewhat dreading) for several years. When you choose self-discipline, you’ll see results tenfold.

Why Eyes on the Prize?

While pursuing my Master’s in Counseling alongside volunteering as a cross country coach, I saw the gaps in a formalized therapeutic approach. I have spent the past year as a career and education mentor providing at-risk youth the life skills they need to succeed on their own. Paired with my background in psychology, life coaching was a natural next step.

Additionally, I have experience as both the runner and the coach.

I was looked down upon through high school for my lack of muscle tone and let 2020 get the best of my health. I share this so you know I understand the situation firsthand. Making lofty fitness goals can be a beneficial experience or it can lead to a lot of strain. That’s why it’s so vital to navigate through this with someone who has an outside perspective. That third party can be the catalyst to real change and the results you want.
